Lifetime Achievement

When she was only 8 years, Miss. Luisa told me, \\ \"do not worry about the math that you will be painter \\\"

I think there began my beginnings. Then at 16 I entered a drawing academy, Juan Baixas, my first teacher, which taught me the art of charcoal and modeling in the \\ \"Calle del Pino \\\" in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. School was a very dark with a very impressive Badel, by their physical appearance reminiscent of a famous character from Victor Hugo, also with a big heart and an incredible ability to build cribs, Mr. Fidel and there I began to prepare. Two years later, I applied for the entrance examination of the School of Fine Arts, passing in the first call, and I stayed there until 1974. Jurisdictions six years of happy learning.

I had a staff of teachers, while still taught to paint, very important, Puig de Angola, great landscape, Miravalls, San Vicents, Moncada, Rivera, Muxaro, Crespo and many more. Puig via Angola between the room and Escoda Grifé doing my first solo exhibition in April 1974. From then until now I\'ve done over 50 or 60 individual exhibitions, as contained in my CV I was in the Vayreda Parés Comas inaugurated the room and many more galleries. I was about 15 years also in the room Nonell. The main theme of mine were gardens and that led me to visit countries in search of gardens. I know and have painted almost every garden in England and Scotland, half of Italians, many French, Portuguese and most almost all Spanish.

My Style

Within the figurative realism, I think one of the last romantics of Spanish painting. And my search in art has always been the beauty, to understand it, understand it and translate it into my paintings. Then came the overseas exhibitions in the U.S. starting from Los Angeles to Chicago, Miami and individual exhibitions took me to Hong Kong
